Loretta’s interest in massage started when she was introduced to techniques for reducing labor pain in Doula training in 2018. Loretta attended Bellus Academy in Manhattan, KS graduating in 2020. Beginning her career in Lawrence, KS during the pandemic, Loretta quickly learned the importance of grounding and truly taking care of one’s health while the world was in chaos. Loretta has become proficient in Myofascial release, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, and Reiki Healing. She incorporates myofascial release into her deep tissue services to get a further level of relief unlocked for her clients by applying friction, and slow, heavy, and sustained pressure on target areas. Loretta has achieved Reiki level two and is working towards her Masters. She plans to learn Cranio Sacral and Spinal Energetics while under the roof of Omaha Massage and Healing Arts. Her heart has a special place for clients who are caregivers or desk workers, and her empathy and understanding have no limits.
