Kara Heckeroth is a 2010 graduate of Omaha’s Universal College of Healing Arts (UCHA), a Reiki Master, and a 2025 graduate of the esthetics program at Capitol Beauty School.

 

After listening closely to each client’s concerns and goals, Kara uses her training and intuition to create a personalized treatment plan for their session. She blends Swedish therapeutic massage with elements of sports massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, cupping, Gua Sha, aromatherapy, Reiki, and TMG techniques to craft a massage tailored to the client’s unique needs.

 

In addition to bodywork, Kara enjoys providing a range of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, eyelash and brow services, as well as prenatal massage, hot stone and Himalayan hot stone massage, and lymphatic drainage.

 

Kara’s mission as both a massage therapist and esthetician is to create a supportive, nurturing, and healing experience. Her sessions are designed to leave clients feeling renewed, grounded, and at peace. She believes the world needs more kindness—and that one of the best places to begin is with ourselves.
